The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in most parts of the country during Thursday's daylight hours.
Moderately warm weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Winds will be active across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 to 1.5 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
Frost is expected in North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and Western Sahara.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 23°C in Qena, and 25°C in Aswan.
