Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly mourned the victims of a fatal road collision south of Port Said, offering his sincere condolences to the families of those killed.

The accident occurred on the 30 June Axis after a transport truck collided with a pickup vehicle carrying passengers, resulting in multiple casualties and injuries.

Madbouly directed Health and Population Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar to ensure that all injured victims receive the necessary medical care. He also instructed Social Solidarity Minister Maya Morsy to swiftly provide relief assistance and urgent financial support to the families of the victims and the injured.

The prime minister affirmed that he is closely monitoring developments related to the incident through continuous reports from the Port Said governor and relevant authorities.

His directives came while he is in Washington representing President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi at the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace, chaired by U.S. President Donald Trump.
