The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones launched a new digital platform dedicated to economic performance services as part of Egypt’s broader state strategy to accelerate digital transformation and modernize the investment service infrastructure.
The platform is designed to serve as a unified gateway providing specialized technical services for investors, aiming to simplify procedures, enhance operational efficiency and reduce processing time for investment-related requests.
The newly introduced platform will initially offer several specialized services, including financial restructuring modifications, valuation services, feasibility study preparation and investment cost estimation.
Authorities said the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving the quality of investment services by integrating digital solutions into administrative procedures and supporting a more efficient business environment.
During the first phase of implementation, applications for financial structure modification services will be accepted through the digital platform alongside the traditional paper-based submission system.
The dual-system approach is intended to ensure service continuity while supporting the country’s planned transition toward a fully electronic submission framework in line with its national digital transformation strategy.
Officials confirmed that the gradual rollout will allow users to adapt to the new system without disruptions in service delivery.
