The Egyptian Commercial Representation Authority is negotiating with a Malaysian company regarding the establishment of a $30 million palm oil production plant in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, Al Borsa newspaper reported.
This comes in an effort to export to the African continent. The planned project will be implemented in two phases, the first of which includes the establishment of a $10 million oil filling facility.
As for the second, it includes the establishment of a refinery plant for about $20 million. Malaysia is one of the largest producers of palm oil in the world
