Turkish Chef Aran Bakmaz presented an easy Ezogelin Soup recipe that is taken from traditional Turkish cuisine.

The Turkish chef said during "Matbakh Set El Setat," hosted by Sherin Soliman, aired on Sada El Balad TV Channel the ingredients of the soup.

He added that the ingredients are 200 grams of lentils, 30 grams of tomato paste, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 10 grams of salt, 10 grams of mint, 5 grams of pepper, and 50 grams of flour.

He expressed that the soup is so easy to make, and it can be done in 30 minutes.

Regarding the directions, they are as follows:

Yellow lentils should be added to a pre-heated pan before adding the stock, then leave the lentil and stock to be boiled for 10 minutes on high heat.

In another pan, add olive oil, and butter, after that add 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and green peppers.

Mix all ingredients together, before adding the garlic, dried mint, black pepper, and cumin.

After the cooking, mix the mixtures of both pans and leave it on high heat to boil.

After that, you can serve the soup
