The dollar exchange rate at the Suez Canal Bank reached 49.76 pounds for purchase and 49.86 pounds for sale, and at the National Bank of Egypt 49.62 pounds for purchase and 49.72 pounds for sale, according to the Middle East News Agency.
The exchange rate of the British pound ranged between 62.34 pounds for purchase and 63.22 pounds for sale, and the unified European currency "euro" 51.93 pounds for purchase and 52.71 pounds for sale.
The exchange rate of the Saudi riyal against the Egyptian pound ranged between 12.80 pounds for purchase and 13.31 pounds for sale, and the Emirati dirham was 13.23 pounds for purchase and 13.60 pounds for sale.
