ُThe price of the dollar against the Egyptian pound witnessed stability after it fell by approximately 3 pounds following the liberalization of the exchange rate, as the price of the dollar fell from levels of EGP 50.70 in some banks to EGP 47.76 to buy and EGP 47. 90 to sell, on Sunday, in some banks.
Today, the price of the dollar at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) against the Egyptian pound dropped to reach about EGP 47.76 to buy and EGP 47.90 to sell.
The price of the dollar at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) recorded EGP 47.80 to buy and EGP 47.90 to sell, while Banque Misr recorded EGP 47.79 to buy and EGP 47.89 to sell.
The price of the U.S. dollar recorded 47.75 to buy and 47.85 to sell at the Bank of Alexandria, and 47.80 to buy and 47.90 to sell at Banque du Caire.
