The authorities in Georgia announced today, Wednesday, that the death toll from the landslide, which occurred at the beginning of this month, has risen to 26.
Search efforts have been continuing - so far - since the collapse occurred on August 3, while seven people are still missing, Euro News reported.
The Ministry of the Interior stated that 90 percent of the debris and rubble left by the collapse that occurred in a tourist resort in the northwest of the country had been searched, while the search operations were continuing with the help of helicopters and trained dogs.
