Egypt’s Damietta Port received over the past 24 hours 27 container ships and cargo vessels, according to Damietta Port Authority Media Center.
In the same context, the Damietta liquefied natural gas facility representative revealed on Tuesday that China began loading the Second shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for export from Damietta port.
According to domestic reports, the volume of the shipment is about 157 thousand m3 of liquefied gas.
Lately, the representative told Youm7 that the Energy Atlantic LNG carrier has arrived to load the second shipment of liquefied gas for export from the Damietta Liquefaction Plant in Egypt to China.
In late February, Damietta Port Authority announced the restoration of the frequency of liquefied gas tankers to the port again after an 8-year hiatus.
