Czech President Peter Bevel offered his condolences to Moroccan King Mohammed VI bin El Hassan, over victims of the devastating earthquake that struck the North African country.
In a statment, Bevel praised the courage and dedication of local rescue agencies, stressing that his country is ready to send the necessary aid to Morocco.
A number of Czech political leaders, including Prime Minister (PM) Peter Fiala, Foreign Minister (FM) Jan Lipavski, and leader of "Ano" oppositon movement Andrej Babis, also expressed their sympathy for the families of the victims through vis posts on the social media platftorm "X".
