Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) confirmed that there are no negative repercussions on the Egyptian banking sector due to the financial conditions that the American “Silicon Valley” Bank, specialized in financing technological and emerging companies, is exposed to.
The Central Bank indicated - in today's statement - that Egyptian banks do not have any deposits, investments or financial transactions with Silicon Valley Bank.
