CAMPAS: 22.6 % increase in pension Spent in 2023

Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics issued today "Annual bulletin of postal Services Statistics " 2022/2023

The most important indicators are as follows: Value of Spent pension reached 140.5 billion pounds in 2022/2023,compared to 114.6 billion pounds in 2021/2022,with an increase reached 22.6 %

Value of Saving Fund reached 130.7 billion pounds in 2022 / 2023, compared to 119.7 billion pounds in 2021 / 2022, with an increase reached 9.2 %.

Value of Current accounts reached to 164.5 billion pounds in 2022/2023, compared to 142.7 billion pounds in 2021/2022, with an increase reached 15.2 %.

Sold Stamps and forms: Value of sold stamps and forms at postal units reached to 366 million pounds in 2022/2023, compared to 396.3 million pounds in 2021/2022, with a decrease reached 7.7%.

Postal services offices: Number of Post offices reached 4412 offices in 2022/2023, compared to 4285 offices in 2021/2022, with an increase reached 3%.

Electronic payment service: Number of electronic payment service which offer service all over Egypt reached 8824 units in 2022/2023, compared to 5794 units in 2021/2022, with an increase reached 52.3%, (it is an automated system provides ability to conduct financial transactions and balance inquiry).
