In a statement on Friday, Cairo University President Mohamed Othman Elkhosht noted that the University's success in achieving progress over more than 30,000 international universities, including American, European, Japanese, and Chinese universities is a new achievement added to the university and places it among the elite of international universities, as well as the Egyptian and African.
He noted that the university outperformed itself and achieved a 5% improvement over its previous classification in 2021.
