British Jeweler Graff Diamonds Pays $7.5 MM Crypto Ransom to Russian Hackers

Renowned British jeweler Graff Diamonds firm paid nearly $7.5 million ransom in Bitcoin to a Russian hacking group after it leaked data on the jeweler’s high-profile clients, Blomberg reported on a London lawsuit

According to Bloomberg's story, the British jeweler claimed that he was forced to pay this ransom after the Russians hacked the data of its clients.

Blomberg also unveiled that the Ransomware group Conti attacked the high-society jeweler in September 2021, leaking data about the Saudi, UAE, and Qatar royal families.
