US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, to participate in the meeting of NATO foreign ministers.
The meeting aims to discuss a number of issues, most notably the war in Ukraine and the protection of vital civilian infrastructure.
On Monday, the US State Department announced that Blinken's visit to Romania would take 3 days to attend the meeting of NATO FMs, in addition to his meeting with the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, and his Romanian counterpart, Bogdan Aurescu, on the 25th anniversary of the strategic partnership between the US and Romania.
