Baron Hotel Heliopolis organized on Wednesday an early Christmas celebration, showcasing its latest Christmas cakes, inspired from France and Germany.

The cakes included cold cheesecake with raspberry and another one with blueberry, chocolate cake with caramel, fruit cake, strawberry mousse cake with white biscuits, as well as cookies and candies.

The Christmas decorated cakes were baked by French Pastry Chef Benoit.
Meanwhile, Lucas William, the hotel's general manager, welcomed the guests, expressing his happiness for attending the event today.

Earlier in November, Baron Hotel Heliopolis appointed Chef Benoit, who is considered a great addition to the hotel's well-known pastry corner.

Chef Benoit has had such a great experience of 35 years in the pastry field in renowned pastry shops and hotels all over Paris, Belgium, South East Asia, and Egypt.
