Barcelona Open to Lewandowski's Departure

On Wednesday, Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported that several Saudi clubs have expressed interest in signing Barcelona's star striker, Robert Lewandowski, a Polish international, in the near future.

Lewandowski is under contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2026. He is still one of the key pillars in the Catalan club's lineup. 

The player has previously expressed his happiness to continue with the club.

Despite Barcelona's desire to keep their prolific striker, the club's management is reportedly open to allowing him to leave if he wishes to pursue a new challenge and a suitable official offer is submitted.

According to the reports, Saudi clubs are closely monitoring Lewandowski’s situation, preparing to make a move if an opportunity for negotiations arises—particularly given the player's continued strong form both technically and physically.

Lewandowski has made 52 appearances for Barcelona, scoring 42 goals, and played a significant role in helping the team secure the domestic treble last season.
