All banks operating in the Egyptian banking sector will operate as of Monday, July 24 after suspending work for 4 consecutive days, on the occasion of the New Hijri Year and the 23rd July Revolution the anniversary.
The Central Bank has determined that all bank branches will resume work on the Monday July 24.
The Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) will also resume work as of tomorrow, Monday.
The stock exchange had previously announced, at the beginning of last week, the suspension of work and trading operations, starting from Thursday, July 20, until Sunday, July 23.
