Real Madrid are ready to loan Gareth Bale to Tottenham for a £10 million ($13m) fee, claims the Mirror. Spurs' transfer committee are reportedly discussing the loan deal, having ruled out a permanent offer for the Wales international.

Bale left Spurs in 2013 when Los Blancos offered the most expensive Football bid at the time with 100 million Euros. The Welsh international is currently signed to a hugely lucrative contract at the Bernabeu but he is not valued highly by head coach Zinedine Zidane.

According to The Sun, Bale earns more than £600,000 per week but Real will allow him to leave on loan if a club agrees to pay £250,000 of the 29-year-old's wage plus a £10m fee.

Tottenham would be looking to sign their former ace player, who was able to  score 21 Premier League goals in his final Premier League season before leaving for Spain.

Bale is under contract with Real until 2022 but his future at the Bernbeu looks really dim after frequent instances of fan dissent have seen him booed this season, in addition to receiving very little playing time this season even though Cristiano Ronaldo left for Juventus.
