Egyptian stars Amir Karara and Hannah El Zahed's upcoming film "Al Shater" is set to hit cinemas in the summer 2025.
While specific details on the upcoming project remain under wraps, the pic sees Karara returning to the action comedy genre for the second time since 2023's film "Baebae" (The Bogeyman).
Ahmed El Gendy is directing the film from a script he co-wrote with Karim Youssef.
"Al Shater" marks the first collaboration between Karara and El Zahed.
Karara was last seen on the big screen in the 2023 film "Baebae" (The Bogeyman) and El Zahed in the comedy film "Fasel Mn Al Lahzat El Laziza", with the latter next project coming up for release is the film adaptation of Mohamed Sadek's novel "Baad Saat Fi Youm Ma".
