Who does not love chocolate pudding?! It is a rich and mouth-watering treat that makes your day perfect during these hot summer days, for it is a cold, yummy, and creamy dessert.
Food expert, Aliaa Hassan, is one of the young culinary-oriented women, who has a favorable reputation in this field.
Hassan appeared in several cooking programs and has a page on social media, where she offers delicious dishes, and innovative ideas to encourage girls to enter the kitchen.

This no-bake recipe is very-easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk.
1/2 cup sugar.
1/3 cup cocoa powder.
4 teaspoons cornstarch.
3 large egg yolks.
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
1/4 teaspoon fine salt.
2 sticks of butter at room temperature.
Directions:
Add half the milk in a saucepan then put the cocoa powder and the butter on medium-high heat, until its simmer and remove it.
Meanwhile, whisk the remaining milk in a bowl along with cornstarch, egg yolks, vanilla, and salt.
Whisk the hot milk into the egg mixture, then put it in the saucepan and cook it on medium-high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until it starts to boil.
Reduce the heat and keep on whisking until thickness.
Pour the pudding in small cups, then cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 hours.
Serve it with your favorite garnish.
