Al Zamalek Football Delegation Arrive in Libya for Sudan's Al Marikh Encounter

On Wednesday, Al Zamalek's football team delegation arrived in Libya for their second encounter of the CAF Champions League group stage against Sudan's Al Marikh. Al Zamalek will face Al Marikh on Friday.

The delegation included Amir Mortada Mansour, Ismail Youssef, Osama Nabih, Jesualdo Ferreira, alongside other officials.

Last week,  Al Zamalek lost 0-1 to Chabab Riadhi de Belouizdad in the two teams' first leg in the stage group of the CAF Champions League. Cairo International Stadium hosted the African game.

In the first 10 minutes of the game, Al Zamalek centered in the defense position, before the White Knights conquered the midfield of the Algerian team.

In 12, Zizo attempted to hit the nets of the Algerian team and failed.

There were some threatening goals against the Algerian net by Zizo, Omar Gaber, and Sayed Neymar.

Nothing changed in the second half of the game, however, in 54, Chabab Belouizdad earned a penalty and it was scored by Leonel Wamba Djouffo.

The White Knights continued their efforts to get the equalizer, but they failed.

There were some attempts by Al Zamalek players to score by Nabil Emad Donga, and Zizo.
