Misr Al Makkassa could face severe sanctions in the near future as a result of selling their defender Ahmed Sami to two clubs within the same time period.

The player signed with league new comers Ceramica Cleopatra FC before withdrawing from the deal with no legal backing and signing for Pyramids FC.

Sami's actions have no legal backing as he had already signed with Ceramica Cleopatra before shifting to Pyramids without the former's approval which directly violates the league's regulations, putting Al Makkassa in serious legal risks.

Al Makkassa's Sami Moves to Two Clubs

Sami transferred to Cleopatra FC as part of a deal which included the selling of Mohammad Ibrahim, Mohammad Massad, Mohammad Tony and Mohammad Mohsen, and all the details of the deal were agreed upon.

Ceramica Cleopatra obtained a directed and sealed concession from Al Makassa which includes the five mentioned players. The other four fully implemented the agreement, but Sami violated his agreement, noting that he had received an offer of 18 million pounds to sign at the Pyramids Club.

Contract 2

The defender appeared inside the headquarters of the Pyramids Club in a team training on Monday while the club announced that they have officially signed the player. Thus Ceramica Cleopatra will now be moving forward with their legal actions against all parties.
