On Saturday, critic Tarek El Shenawy revealed during a phone interview with Dina Ramez that late-departed scriptwriter Wahid Hamed was working on his "Al Gamaa'a 3" project.
He added that this project would be the final for Hamed's, explaining that the scriptwriter would continue showing more facts related to the Muslim Brotherhood's group and their terrorist tendencies through the incomplete "Al Gamaa'a 3."
Moreover, some reports indicated that Hamed wrote almost two-thirds of the work.
On the other hand, the critic expressed that Hamed was somehow busy before his death due to writing the script of Yehia El Fakhrany's upcoming film "El Sohba El Helwa" which would be directed by Sandra Nashaat.
"Al Gamaa'a" is one of the most important drama works in the past few years as it showed the reality of the Muslim Brotherhood group, their crimes in the past, and their ambition to have their own state.
This morning, the legendary scriptwriter passed away at the age of 76 due to health problems.
The funeral of Hamed, who is widely considered to be one of Egypt’s iconic writers, was held after his body arrived at El-Shorta Mosque at the 6th of October city.
