Al Ahly-Zamalek Derby to be Held as Scheduled- Fadl

EFA board member Mohamed Fadl said on Saturday that Al Ahly and Zamalek derby in the Egyptian Premier League would be held as scheduled.

The Red Devils are set to clash once again against their arch-rivals the White Knights on Monday, February 24 at Cairo Stadium.

In televised statements, Fadl confirmed that the Egyptian derby would take place as scheduled after the EFA managed to get the approval from the security authorities to hold the game at Cairo International Stadium.

Regarding the fights broke out during the Super Cup encounter, the EFA board member said low would be enforced on everyone to avoid the congestion state in the Egyptian football.

The fight broke out between the players when Al Ahly's new signing Mahmoud Kahraba reacted angrily to Shikabala and Abdallah Gomaa’s celebrations.
