Aïcha Ben Ahmed to Star in TV Adaptation of "55 Love Problems"

Tunisian actress Aïcha Ben Ahmed to star in the story “Rohy Feek” from the TV adaptation of Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud's book “55 Love Problems”.

The story consists of 10 episodes and is the second entry of the “55 Love Problems”.

The first story, titled “Alfredo”, is scripted by Amr Mahmoud Yassin and directed by Issam Nassar.

Elham Shahin, Ahmed Fahmy, and Nada Moussa will star.

"Alfredo" marks Shahin's comeback to the small screen after two years of absence since 2022’s TV series “Tloo El Roh” (Soul Leaving Body).

Ben Ahmed was last seen in the TV series “Mozakerat Zog”, starring Egyptian actor Tarek Lotfy.

It also starred Khaled El Sawy, Aïcha Ben Ahmed, Noha Abdeen, Edward, Samaa Ibrahem, and others.

Maryam Ahmady directed the project from a screenplay by Mohamed Suleiman. It is based on a novel by the late great writer Ahmed Bahgat.

“Mozakerat Zog” consisted of 15 episodes and screened in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.

Ben Ahmed, born on February 7, 1989, began her career through dancing in the Sihem Belkhodja group before studying graphic art and publicity at the Ecole d'Art et de Décoration in Tunis.

She made her acting career in 2010, taking a small part in Nada Mezni Hafaiedh's feature film "Histoires Tunisiennes".

In 2015, Ben Ahmed landed her first acting gig in Egypt in Raouf Abdel Aziz's TV series "Les Mille et Une Nuits".

She had been specially selected to play the role of Qamar Zamen, an amnesiac who tried to establish her identity.
