Ahmed Aboul Gheit, the Secretary-General of the Arab League, highlighted the strong collaboration between Arab nations and Japan, emphasizing Japan's significant global influence.
Aboul Gheit expressed the Arab League's keen interest in enhancing various aspects of Arab-Japanese cooperation. The Arab-Japan Economic Forum, established 14 years ago in 2009, has played a crucial role in fostering this partnership, having convened five times, with the most recent meeting taking place in 2019.
It is worth noting that the trade exchange between Arab nations and Japan had reached an impressive $114 billion by 2022.
