Abiy Ahmed Ali, Prime Minister of Ethiopia warned that his country may fall apart like Somalia, Syria, Libya, and Iraq due to what he described as Western conspiracies.

Abiy indicated that several countries across the world got dismantled a result of plots like those that threaten Ethiopia at present.

According to "Fana"  an Ethiopian broadcasting network that published Abiy's statement, countries that were exposed to similar machinations resulted to threats of dismantling in other times.

He said if the Ethiopians stand courageously to face and resist the Western plots that aim to mislead the country, it will be able to come over all adversely plans and defeat the Tigrayan People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) once and forever.

He affirmed that Western diplomacy and media outlets continue to echo the voices of the Tigrayan front which he depicted as a terrorist organization.

The Prime Minister added that Ethiopia faced throughout its history many challenges and crises but its bold people did not stay nonchalant or wait passively and inflict hefty defeats on their enemies, pointing out that Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Germany are pioneer countries that succeeded in challenging crises by strong unity of their people. Those countries stand as main examples of modern political systems, economic strength, civilized social values, and technological abilities.

The Prime Minister announced that Ethiopia's enemies wage war on the country on two fronts: the hot war and the other one is diplomacy, calling those interested in Ethiopia's existence to defy the two fronts by surmounting the plots and avoiding the unnecessary fears.

Abiy added that the traditional diplomatic channels may expose the national interests and the Ethiopian sovereignty to more dangers within the long-range, warning that the West uses the media to put pressure on Ethiopia in the present time.
