The local health authorities’ recommendations to residents of nearby areas are: “Please enter your homes, close all windows and doors. Turn off heaters, air conditioners and fans. If you are not using your stove, please close chimney valves and vents. Seal gaps around doors and windows with tape or wet towels.”
