World Gold Council will hold the “Gold as an Asset Category and Financial Instrument” conference next Monday, at the Marriott Hotel in Zamalek.
Ahmed Abdel Rahman Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Stock Exchange, Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority, Dr. Sameh Al-Targoman, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Evolve Holding Investment Company, and Andrew Naylor, Director of Middle East area and Public Policy at the World Gold Council will participate in the conference.
The conference discusses the pivotal role of gold in the global economy, and its impact on central banks’ strategies and supporting currencies.
The conference will focus on the financial products within gold markets in developed countries, as well as opportunities to achieve financial stability within emerging economies, especially the Egyptian model.
