This December... Tune in for “Egypt Press Photo”

CAIRO, Dec. 19 (SEE)- Journalists’ Representative Abdel-Mohsen Salama will inaugurate “Egypt Press Photo 2018” on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. at Sawi Cultural Wheel.

Since 2007, Egypt’s largest and most prestigious press photo contest has been held annually replicating “World Press Photo.” 

This year about 100 photojournalists are participating in the exhibition with nearly 200 photos and 45 videos of 2018’s top incidents.

Besides awarding the winners, the following exceptional photographers will be honored; 

• First female Photographer Mona Sharaf. 

• Great portrait Photographer Adel Mobarez.

• Alexandrian Journalist and Photographer Ezzat El Samri for his works, especially the image of the dancer with a crutch.

• Photographer Mohammed Wassim for his wonderful work in sports photography.
