Have Glimpse of World's Widest Bridge, Guinness Just Hailed

Official photos have been released by the Arab Contractors company for what is named now the ‘Widest Bridge in the World’.

The photos were published as Regional Director for the Guinness World Records in the Middle East and North Africa region Talal Omar hailed the Rod el Farag Axis Bridge as one of the greatest achievements in Egypt.

His remarks came during a joint press conference with Arab Contractors Company Board Chairman Mohsen Salah yesterday. Omar said he was happy to attend Egypt's bridge registration in Guinness World Records.

He noted that contacts between the world organization and the Arab Contractors company started two years ago; it involved consultations about the bridge's measures and dimensions, as well as fulfilling Guinness record conditions.

He hailed the outstanding efforts exerted to attain this great achievement; it was built in 3 years..

Omar hailed the efficiency and accuracy  which Rod el Farag Axis was set up. Meanwhile, Salah commended President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's continued support for Egyptian companies. He added that this encouraged the company to accomplish giant projects.
