First: Causes of toxins in the body:

There are many things that might cause the toxins in your body. Among them, radiation from cellulars, TVs and computers. In addition, the smoke which comes from factories, cars and burning of plastics.

Among the other reasons, there are sodas, alcohol, unnaturally colored juices and cigarettes. The preservatives in food can also cause the toxins in your body, in addition to some medicines, chemical detergents and some food which contains a lot of oils and fats.

It is so important to always do detoxification for your body. But if you were pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your physician and perhaps never do this regime of detoxification.

Also those who suffer certain diseases in liver or kidneys, should avoid such regime which should be performed under supervision of specialists.

In this week’s tip, ‘SEE’ provide its readers with the beverages which detoxicate your body.

1 - warm water with lemon

A glass of warm water with a slice of fresh lemon is a great way to cleanse your body every morning. The body works all night to break and digest food. Lemon juice helps to expel unwanted substances and toxins left behind by digestion because lemon juice is similar in molecular structure to digestive juices and saliva, helping to break down food and encourage the liver to produce bile.

  • Sea salt with water
  • Try to drink a glass of water with sea salt which helps to clean the colon and small intestine of waste, allowing your body to absorb nutrients easily. Add 2 tablespoons of unrefined sea salt to 2 liters of warm water. Blend the mixture in a glass container with lid and shake well. You can add a few drops of lemon to improve the taste. Also stay away from spicy foods and processed foods on the same day.

    3 - Golden drink

This drink contains turmeric, which promotes metabolism and works strongly to expel toxins as it helps the liver to break down dangerous and unwanted chemicals. Ginger, lemon juice and cayenne pepper are added.

Add half teaspoon of turmeric, plus half teaspoon of ginger powder to 2 cups of hot water. Leave the mixture for a while and then mix a little pepper powder and lemon juice in another cup. Mix the cumin and drink while it is warm.

4 - ‘Cleaning juice’ for the liver

The liver is the most vital organ for both metabolism and detoxification, so it must be purified from time to time to function efficiently. Mix 2 beets with a piece of fresh ginger, a peeled lemons, a bunch of green coriander and half a red apple. Mix all ingredients in the juicer and eat.

  • Green cleaner
  • Vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that work to clean the body of toxins. For a natural antiseptic drink, mix the following ingredients: 2 of celery stalks, 3 of rapeseed leaves, 3 carrot, 2 beets, half an onion, a bunch of parsley, a small cabbage, a bunch of spinach, 2 cloves of garlic.
