The Egyptian ace Mohammed Salah addressed the fans of the Reds, asking them to come and support the team in Madrid during the final of the Champions League.

Liverpool is scheduled to meet Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League final on June 1 at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium, the stronghold of Atletico Madrid. "It now seems like a dream, but it is not over yet," Salah wrote on his official Twitter account.

Liverpool lost the English Premier League title to Manchester City, who were crowned Premier League champions on Sunday, due to a small margin as there was only a single point difference between them.

"I would like to thank my teammates, coaches and fans," he said. "For the fans, please bring Anfield to Madrid," he said.

Salah was awarded the Golden Boot of the Premier League this season alongside teammate Sadio Mani and Pierre Emeric Obamyang of Arsenal, who have scored 22 league goals each this season.
