Salah Shines Again as Liverpool Beat New Castle With 4 Goals

CAIRO, Dec.26 (SEE)- Liverpool defeated Newcastle 4-0 in the 19th round of the English Premier League on Wednesday at Anfield, raising their lead to 51 points in the first place in the table and raised the gap with second-place holders Tottenham to 6 points, while Newcastle remained with 17 points in the 15th place.

Lovren managed to score the first goal in the 12th minute, after receiving a misplaced header from the Newcastle defense before blasting it onto goal.

The Second goal for Liverpool came after Mohamed Salah scored a penalty in the 48th minute, after winning it for his team. Shakiri scored the third goal for Liverpool in the 80th minute after a well coordinated attack.

Salah assisted in the fourth goal for Liverpool in the 85th minute, after crossing a corner from the right side onto the head of Fabinho who blasted it into goal.
