"Physical Therapy" Celebrates People's Day

CAIRO, Mar. 19 (SEE)- The Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, organized the People's Day celebration under the slogan "All One", in the presence of Dr. Heba Noh, Vice President of Cairo University for Education and Students Affairs, and representatives of embassies of Arab and African countries participating in the celebration.

The participants were students from Chad, Eritrea, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Mauritania, Sudan, South Sudan, and Bangladesh.

Dr. Mohamed Othman El Khasht, President of Cairo University, said that international students represent the soft forces in higher education in Egypt. He pointed out that Cairo University aims to attract international students. It includes about 9,000 students from different nationalities. It represents the largest number of students The arrivals at the level of Egyptian universities.

Al-Khasht added that Cairo University has set up an office in each college for expatriate students to facilitate the process of completing registration procedures at university faculties, as well as cultural and artistic activities offered to them and their integration with Egyptian students.

The celebration included cultural and artistic performances of the participating countries that express the features of life, cultures, and civilization of these peoples.
