Prominent journalist and economic analyst Tarek Refaat celebrated his marriage to lawyer Hanane Guermache, yesterday, in one of the hotels in the Algerian capital, amidst a delightful presence of family and friends.

The wedding ceremony was attended by the family of the newlyweds, including: Attorney Fatima Al-Zahraa, Attorney Heba Guermache, Diplomat Khaled Mesbah, Journalist Ahmed Refaat, and TV Presenter Passant Refaat.

The bride showed up in an elegant appearance, as she wore traditional costume from Algerian folklore, most notably: the Algiers karakou and the Kabyle robe.

The Karakou consists of two pieces of velvet and satin cloth embroidered with golden threads. As for the Kabyle robe, it is considered one of the most important traditional Amazigh clothes in Algeria.

It is noteworthy that Egypt and Algeria are currently witnessing remarkable development in relations between the two brotherly countries.
