The National Media institution thoroughly explained the procedures in order to watch the upcoming African Cup of Nations to be held in Egypt for free, through the numbering program on the national channels.
The numbering technicality provides the ability to watch the tournament for free and in high definition, like global satellites.
Eng. Fouad El-Feky Vice-head of the broadcast faculty at Maspitoro announced that the institution is almost done with evolving the numbering technicality and that the receivers will be launched before the tournaments take place.
El-Feky said in his statement to “Akhbar Misr” that there are competent bodies coordinating with the National Media Authority to provide these receivers in the markets at prices suitable for Egyptians, so that everyone can watch the tournament.
“Some screens are equipped to receive digital broadcasts and can capture broadcasts without a receiver, but other screens and old televisions need a receiver to capture digital broadcasts” El-Feky added.
