Higher Education announces doctors' training program in Japan

CAIRO, JULY 29 (SEE) Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed on Sunday a report on the mechanisms of advancing OJT's competitive system for the advanced clinical training of doctors in Japan for a period of 6 months to one year.

The report pointed out that the deadline for applying for the program is August 5 in various medical specialties, including stroke, liver transplantation, dentistry, oral surgery, and emergency medicine.

Applicants should be a Master's or Fellowship holders, and between 30-45 years of age, with a score of 5.5 in IELTS or 46 in TOEFL IBT.

The aim of the training is to improve the medical and healthcare system by enhancing the skills of Egyptian doctors, acquiring modern skills, and benefiting from the success of the Japanese experience.
