FIFA approves the inclusion of the Egyptian Al-Ahly club player in the Palestine national team

FIFA, the International Federation of Association Football, agreed to represent the player Wissam Abu Ali in the Palestinian Federation instead of the Danish Federation.

This was announced by the Palestinian Football Association, and Wissam will represent the Palestine national team during the coming period and change its federation from Danish to Palestinian.

The Palestinian Federation issued a statement guaranteeing Wissam Abu Ali’s eligibility to represent the Palestine national team instead of representing the Danish national team, in accordance with the approval of the FIFA Players’ Affairs Committee. The Palestinian Federation submitted this request to FIFA and also the desire of the player Wissam Abu Ali, the Egyptian Al-Ahly club player, to do so.

Wissam Abu Ali previously played professionally in the Swedish Premier League and the Danish Super League.”
