CAIRO, Jan. 2 (SEE) - Fenugreek.. This golden treasure in your home, is most of times ignored as a beverage, while its benefits really are said to transcend medicines.

According to Dr. Hisham Elamry, Professor of nutrition, member at the American Society of Nutrition, member at Egyptian British Society for the Study of Obesity Diseases, fenugreek, whether in the form of solid seeds, grounded or early fruits, is so much good for the health and immune system.

It can be added to the salad, and act as a natural cure for the diabetes, and lessen the levels of blood sugar.

It is also said to be good for sexual health, as a recent study by Australian researchers concluded that men who consume fenugreek, on daily basis, witness an improve in their sexual health by 25%.

For women, fenugreek is rich in estrogens, but also improves the breastfeeding, as one capsule of grounded fenugreek is enough to increase the breast milk.  

On other hand, fenugreek has many medical benefits as it is regulating cholesterol levels, protecting hearts and blood veins, improves functioning of pancreas, livers, and protects the muscles.
