The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Thursday.
Warm weather is also predicted to hit the Northwestern Coast.
Dusty winds will occur occasionally in Cairo, Canal Cities, North Upper Egypt, and the north of the country. Atmospheric dust will occur in South Upper Egypt.
Light rainfall is also predicted to prevail in Northwestern Coast.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with southeast surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderate weather at nighttime.
Moderately cold weather is also predicted to hit Northwestern Coast.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36°C in Cairo,724°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 41°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
