Egypt Participates in Beirut Film Festival

Egyptian documentary 'Coloured Dress' is representing Egypt at 18th edition of the Beirut International Film Festival. The event will run from 22 to 28 April. The film featured in the Middle Eastern segment of the festival.

“Coloured Dress” film is a mix of feature and documentary which appears 15 women lives who show as themselves and offer a glimpse into their independent lives and struggles they have overcome.

“Coloured Dress” film is a mix of feature and documentary portraying 15 women lives; it shows a glimpse into their independent lives and their struggles that they managed to overcome.

The film was screened locally several times at the National Festival for Cinema in Egypt in 2018.

Participants of the event include several artists: Mona Ahmed, Radwa Elawady, Houreya Elsayed, Rowaidah Bibers, Ola Ammar, Dalia Fakhr, Amany Moussa, Eman Elnasharty, Nour Arby, Aya Saad, Yara Shahwan, Pakinam Idris, Yasmin Eid, Salma Badr and Hana Mousa.
