Cheese Lover!.. This Can Make Your Mouth Water

CAIRO, March 3 (SEE)- Cheese lovers are the most kind of persons who would adore this yummy dish as the melted cheese inside with the crunchy golden fried cover ends up with a wonderful taste.

It could be presented as a yummy appetizer or side dish.Here’s the recipe’

Ingredients

400 gm grated mozzarella cheese200 gm grated parmesan cheese1 cup flour 5 eggs 1 chopped garlic clove1 ½ cup couscous¼ cup dried basilSalt and black peeper 1 packet spicy coating mix Oil for frying

Recipe’

In a bowl, mix up mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and only one egg, then add salt and peeper.

In other bowl, mix basil with couscous and set aside

In third bowl, add the flour

In a fourth bowl, unpack the spicy coating mix

In last one, scramble the 4 other eggs with chopped garlic besides adding some salt and pepper.

Form small balls from prepared cheese mix, then dip them in flour, then in scrambled eggs, then in the spicy coating mix, then another time in egg and finally in the couscous with basil mix.

Repeat the same method till all quantity is finished.

In a well heated frying pan, fry balls till getting a golden color.
