Al Sheikh Decides on Not Selling Pyramids FC

CAIRO, Jan.14 (SEE)- Egyptian Club Pyramids FC and current Saudi Minister of entertainment Turki Al- Sheikh finally decided on not selling the club at the end of the current season campaign. The former Saudi minister of Sports previously declared that he will make this vital decision in January.

Al- Sheikh tweeted on his official twitter account “We started the journey together and we will remain together…. I won’t sell”. Al-Sheikh also added a video footage featuring the Pyramids FC players expressing their support to the minister, vowing to continue the journey they started together.

Pyramids is currently enjoying a remarkable first season campaign, as the currently hold second place in the league with 34 points behind Zamalek who won 41 one points. In addition Pyramids have implemented lots of wide range signings, such as the signing of Egyptian international Shennawy and most recently Abdallah El- Said.

The club’ biggest win came when they defeated El-Ahly with 2 goals to 1 in their last match, gaining momentum before their upcoming clash with league leaders El- Zamalek.
