National flags of the 24 qualified teams for Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2019 has been installed at Cairo International Airport’s Hall 4, in tribute to delegations flying to Egypt for the tournament’s draw.

The 2019 edition will be the fifth time for Egypt to host the event, after organizing it in 1959, 1974, 1986 and 2006.

This year teams will vie for the title in-between June 15th and July 13th.

Egypt snatched the privilege to host the 2019 continental championship, after scoring 16 votes versus a single vote for South Africa; its lonely rival. Formerly, Egypt won the cup seven times.
