Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged China and countries of the Global South to participate in the "peace conference" on Ukraine in Switzerland, which will be held next June.
“I would like China to participate in the peace summit,” Zelensky said in an interview with Agence France-Presse, explaining that Beijing and “other global players” have “influence on Russia.”
He called on the Chinese leadership to participate in the summit in Switzerland in order to "find balance."
