So, today, trending and talented Egyptian food blogger Ameera Aboulseoud presented an easy recipe for a tasty yogurt and lemon cake.

125 Mm Yogurt
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup and Half Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Zest
Half a Cup of Oil
Mix the eggs, sugar, and yogurt with a manual whisker, and leave the mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, stir all dry ingredients together (Flour, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest).
After that blend both mixtures together, and add the oil. Blend until you have a thick mixture.
Prepare your baking tray by sprinkling some oil in the tray to avoid the cake sticking to the base. Pour the mixture of the cake onto the baking tray, and bake it in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 c.
Don't forget that leave it to cool for 10 minutes after baking, then serve it.
If you want to add some glaze, you can make it by mixing a quarter cup of lemon juice, and third quarters cup of sugar powder.
