Yemen Airways announced on Sunday resuming flights between Cairo and Sanaa. Yemen Airways said in a statement that it will operate its flights to Cairo next June, with a flight per week.
Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had announced approval to operate commercial flights from Sanaa International Airport to Cairo Airport.
Noteworthy, direct flights between Cairo and Sanaa were suspended in the past few years due to the conflict in Yemen.
