On Friday, X formerly known as, Twitter, had a brief outage with several users. They reported having issues during refreshing or posting new posts.
Users reported issues with the mobile app as well.
According to Downdetector.com, the platform that tracks real-time outage of websites and online services, suggested that the problem peaked at around 7.30 pm and 7,500 people were affected.
According to the report, 52 percent users on Downdetector reported issues with X mobile app, and around 44 percent cited problems with the website.
The services of the platform were restored after an hour.
